Interpretations of Darth Vader

Darth was a cool guy. I mean seriously evil with that black helmet, cloak, lightsaber. All round one of THE great evil people.

One of my favourite stand up routines is without at doubt Eddie Izzard’s genius interpretation of what the Death Star canteen would have been like.

More recently, VW have come up with their own piece of genius, with a young Darth Vader learning the dark arts. The kid in this ad is brilliant, I laugh every time I watch it.

This had 12 million views at the time I posted it, so chances are you have already seen it anyway. How do VW just keep doing this over and over? I can feel a post about brilliant VW ads coming up!

If you want to read a little more about Darth Vader and who he was (!) there is a wookiepedia (!!) entry which you can check out here.
