Photos that my Grandpa took

OK, so this is a little left field.

Recently I was in New York visiting my aunt, who brought out a pile of photos that my grandfather took on a summer holiday he and my grandmother went on to the French Riviera in what I guess mush have been the 60’s.

The photos are extraordinary in terms of their composition, depth, lighting and how they were developed (he developed them all in his own dark room).

I am extreamly happy to see dads photos in your blog – know everyone by heart, as I assisted in the darkroom – still can smell the chemicals now. Thanks, mum.
