Don’t watch this if you work in sales

So according to Doug Richard, if you do a good job with marketing, and therefore create demand for your products effectively, you don’t need a sales force!

His characterisation of sales being an aggressive act of closing, while marketing being all about opening is clever, though I can’t help but think he is talking to a room full of marketers (or maybe sales people?!)
